Always takes about 3 plus hours to get done in service center. No sort of organized system to differentiate cars who have been sitting there for 45 min plus to get checked in and cars just arriving that g center. Last time I was there I paid for the wind shield wipers to be replaced and they did not replace them I had to turn around and drive back to the dealership. More
