We first started looking for a new vehicle in December and inquired about a vehicle they had on their lot. She responded back very quickly and even sent a walk-around video of the vehicle. There was a bit of back and forth in the beginning, however in the end she was able to get us in our new vehicle that both, fit our needs and most importantly our budget. She was never once pushy or aggressive and made every attempt to accommodate us. Since we were coming from out-of-state, she made sure all the necessary paperwork was sent out to us for signature prior to our arrival. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted by her, and we proceeded to finish a few last items. I would have to say that I was in and out of the dealership in a record breaking 20 minutes.
