Kenny took care of servicing my car. He was pleasantly and through with explaining what service was going to take place. The service rep was very rude and unprofessional. I came to them because I thought I was hearing a noise under the hood and when I came to pick up my truck the service rep had added and oil change a I came to them because I thought I was hearing a noise under the hood and when I came to pick up my truck the service rep had added and oil change and tire rotation without my approval. Be sure to review your work order because the more things the service rep charges you the more they make.
