I'm unhappy with the service and attitude of the rep that checked me in. Upon arrival Victoria Steinetz greeted me and checked me in. I was scheduled for a service and was asked by Victoria if I'm getting my checked me in. Upon arrival Victoria Steinetz greeted me and checked me in. I was scheduled for a service and was asked by Victoria if I'm getting my tires rotated. I said yes and the windshield wipers checked AS LONG as they are INCLUDED with the service. She said okay but she never mentioned there was an additional price for the tire rotation. Upon completion of the service I questioned why the bill was more than I was quoted when I set the appointment and was told due to the tire rotation cost. When I began to repeat our initial conversation Upon my arrival back to Victoria, she became very defensive and unapologetic for any misunderstanding there may have been between us both. She kept cutting me off without allowing me to complete my sentences. After all I paid because the services we performed on my car but the attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. It was my first time there and probably my last because this experience. The location was convenient but the experience was not pleasant. More
