Thanks for responding. I have to still deal with this dealership. One of the problems during purchase I was told the following Monday or Tuesday (This was on a Saturday) I would hear from someone to schedule the XP package to be installed. I had to follow up, again emails were not returned when requesting information. Everything is documented if proof is ever requested. I have an appointment the 18th, well after the time frame told me during the selling process. I want to get my final product before I reach out and call. I'm actually dreading it. Afraid the items will not be there or be wrong after having to drive over an hour to get there. All around just an unusual experience for a dealership. I used to work for Toyota Financial services and they would be shocked. Though they have no control. I just want it to be over with. Find a Toyota dealer elsewhere to service the 4Runner. Thanks Out of courtesy for the inexperienced salesman, I chose not to tag him in my original review. I originally wanted to order the Pro, but believe was mislead all the way. Too much to type. I do love the vehicle though! 4Runners and Toyota's sell themselves.
