The first I went to the dealership I was told I need to make an appointment to have my serviced due to technician shortage which I understood. Made the appointment for a day that was feasible for me. I appreciate the fact that I could get a number of differtent services done at one time , in one place. Even when going to a tire store I have always had to wait. The immediate availability and convenience of an appointment was beyond my experience with any car repair service always having had to wait. I was given a next day appointment, left the car the day before and had an estimate before the car was scheduled to be looked at. A determining factor of using the dealership was the availability of obtaining a ride home and being picked up when the car was ready. I cannot say enough about the Lift service. The dealership was clean and efficient and everyone was very proffessional. I dealt mostly with my service advisor Victoria Steiner but the estimate and any followup was done over the phone and I didn't have to do any followup myself so I didn't get the names of all the people involved with making this a very pleasant experience. I didn't meet the actual mechanics that worked on my car but the overall experience inspired confidence in their work. More
