I was not told about a $49. 99 charge and when I inquired about it I was told it was for pulling the car into the bay. Huh? I asked to speak to the manager. He came out and I ask 99 charge and when I inquired about it I was told it was for pulling the car into the bay. Huh? I asked to speak to the manager. He came out and I asked him what the charge was for. He said it is a fee charged to everyone for technicians to use fluids and cleaners and such. Again Huh? I told him I wasn't paying the fee since it was not disclosed to me by Oscar. He took it off. I did get a coupon applied to my brakes for both front and back by Oscar so thank you for that. I could have gotten my brakes done cheaper somewhere else but since I was there for my oil change I went ahead and did it. I have asked for the past 3 oil changes for my brakes to be checked and now that I brought it in for an inspection and oil change I needed brakes on both front and back. I do not like feeling like I am taken advantage of or not disclosed to properly but that is how I feel. I think this entire situation could have been handled differently if the inspection was done at either of the 3 appointments. More
