Brian Ogoo our sales person at Jim Ellis in McDonough was excellent, professional, friendly, personable, and everything a sales person should be. He did no pressure us to purchase anything in particular. He asked what we were looking for (used or new), our price range, who the car was for, and made some recommendations. Brian was very knowledgeable and got to know my husband and I on a more personal level having been to some of the places we lived. Brian explained every step of what he was doing and of the entire process. I had to get back home to a meeting for work and they were very accommodating.
