I made an appointment for 10 am, at least I thought I did. I got there before 10, checked in and was told it might be a while. At 2 pm I asked how much longer and they went to speak to shop foreman. He was going to take my car back, which I assumed had already happened. They confirmed there was a drain clog and cleaned it out. The next day my husband noticed multiple black finger prints all over the headliner which was previously in excellent condition. Going to try to get it off ourselves so I don't have to spend hours waiting for a quick fix again. If not, will see if they will offer to clean it thoroughly. Will update if possible. More
