I have been a customer of Toyota of McDonough since 2012 and ever since they were bought out by Jim Ellis the Service Dept has been horrible. The last two times I have sch an oil change it has taken 3 hou and ever since they were bought out by Jim Ellis the Service Dept has been horrible. The last two times I have sch an oil change it has taken 3 hours which is unacceptable. I will not sch any other services at this dealership More

My service rep, Kenny was professional and took the time to explain everything to me given different options. When the oil did not get changed, he rushed my vehicle back through and then comped the oil cha to explain everything to me given different options. When the oil did not get changed, he rushed my vehicle back through and then comped the oil change to make up for us having to wait. I’m a recent college graduate only 2 pay periods into my new job. I called and spoke to Rose at 1pm and was pulling up to my home in a brand new car before 8pm. This was the SMOOTHEST car buying experience new job. I called and spoke to Rose at 1pm and was pulling up to my home in a brand new car before 8pm. This was the SMOOTHEST car buying experience ever.
