Customer service has been 5 star every time since we purchased our first Rav 4 in 2010. Right now, it's a tossup between Reid and Raymond as to who is the most awesome. I must admit, that I like them to purchased our first Rav 4 in 2010. Right now, it's a tossup between Reid and Raymond as to who is the most awesome.
