Had to take my vehicle back to the dealership because the repair created additional problems immediately after I picked it up. Was charged again for the same repair which was not the problem I brought it in repair created additional problems immediately after I picked it up. Waited over 1-1/2 for service with an appointment. Then when my car was ready and in the garage ready to go i was told my car would be ready in 10 minutes when I clearly see that it was already parke Then when my car was ready and in the garage ready to go i was told my car would be ready in 10 minutes when I clearly see that it was already parked and ready to go. Then while I’m finally walking out to my car they began to move it out the garage into the rain to allow the other customers cars that was released after my car. I’m nearly having to chase down my freaking car. Unacceptable More

The wait for an oil change was 3 hours. My rim cap on the driver’s side was missing and I had to drive back the next day to talk to someone about it.
