Initial call to make the oil change appointment took nine minutes. Operator appeared to be new and inexperienced. Service writer, Patricia Silverstein, thought my 2001 Avalon required synthetic motor oil. I minutes. Operator appeared to be new and inexperienced. Service writer, Patricia Silverstein, thought my 2001 Avalon required synthetic motor oil. I and the mechanic know that it doesn't. She stated that the service would take between one and a half to two hours. I told her that was unacceptable as I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. The car came out unwashed. I asked Patricia if your policy had changed about washing vehicles that had been serviced. She replied, "Would you like it washed?" Since I had not been satisfied with her original time estimate, I didn't pursue the matter because my car was done in less than an hour. I did not receive any results from the "Toyota multipoint inspection". The delivery date on the invoice is incorrect. It should be 07April01 instead of 24Dec07. More
