Cecilia was very pleasant to work with and helped us remain calm from the frustration of driving well over an hour away to not be able to have our car repaired due to the lack of staffing. We made clear on the call what we needed and why, but the service was scheduled for us anyway, even though they had knowledge of this. Again, Cecilia was great, but for the ride, lack of staff, and lack of ability to resolve my issue, it's certainly not worth returning. Even mote frustrating is being today to refer to a body shop for the work they did to the car prior to my purchase. More
