I did not have a good customer experience due to Miscommunication with the call center when I tried to schedule Saturday am service. I was told no appointment was necessary. I arrived Saturday at 07 Miscommunication with the call center when I tried to schedule Saturday am service. I was told no appointment was necessary. I arrived Saturday at 0700 and got in line. When it was my turn to check in the service representative said I needed an appointment and at first turned me away to reschedule an appointment, but decided to let me proceed with check in , since I explained to her my experience with the call center and that I drove long distance from home for my required service. The service from her did help make the rest of my day go better. I am satisfied with all the work performed on my Tacoma and will return back again for my next service. Sincerely, Richard Ellis. More
