I did not have a good customer experience due to Miscommunication with the call center when I tried to schedule Saturday am service. I was told no appointment was necessary. When it was my turn to check in the service representative said I needed an appointment and at first turned me away to reschedule an appointment, but decided to let me proceed with check in , since I explained to her my experience with the call center and that I drove long distance from home for my required service.
