The service and the Service Consultant were great! My problem is with the amount of time it took for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 2.5 hours - even though I had an appointment at 8:30 on a My problem is with the amount of time it took for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 2.5 hours - even though I had an appointment at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning! I really think that is unreasonable. If I had been a walk-in, I could understand it. But to have that much of a delay when I had an appointment is just unacceptable. More
