I bought my new 2022 Corolla Cross on Thursday March 24. My salesman said my car needed to get its windows tented and nitrogen put into the tires. He scheduled an appointment with David Ray for 10:00 on Mon My salesman said my car needed to get its windows tented and nitrogen put into the tires. He scheduled an appointment with David Ray for 10:00 on Monday morning. He said I was the first person scheduled for this service. I got to the dealership at 10:15 on Monday. The lady who helped me said it would take two hours. So I sat down and waited. At the end of two hours I checked with David Ray and he said it would be another hour. I think making appointments is a big mistake. My wife made an appointment to change the oil in our 2018 Rav 4 and it took 3 hours. I realized you are short handed but this is ridiculous. You need to be straight with people and tell them if they wait for their car to be serviced it will take upwards to 3 hours or more. In the future my wife and I will leave our car and wait for a call from you went it is finished. More
