I had an appt at 8:30am. Arrived at 8:15am. The service man was in NO hurry and flirting and taking his time with the lady before me!!!! Then James came out. He was super nice and helped me. That is just unacceptable. Especially when I had an appt. Y’all need to do better. James was always nice and informative. I would give him 5 stars but the other man that was flirting and working and the wait time negative 5 stars. Also the music playing in the showroom was not appropriate for that type of setting. More
