I made an appointment for 7:30am for a tire rotation. Cecilia was very rude checking me in. I waited for almost 4 hours before I was able to leave. Nobody updated me. Your service center is GREAT! Your salespeople are awful! I received a call after my service about wanting to buy my used Rav4. They said they'd pay over value and give a great deal on a new vehicle. My vehicle was excellent (excellent enough to want to buy), and you all tried to rate it as fair and not pay me crap for it. Then you only offered up a fully loaded new Rav4 which would not only increase my payments every month, but extend my loan out several years. You wasted my time and then your salespeople copped an attitude and asked if I even wanted to sell my car? I said, actually no...YOU CALLED ME! Just a bad situation which solidified for me that when I am in the market for a new vehicle, I won't come there. More
