This dealership is the most horrible dealership I have ever dealt with. From the moment the ink dried on the sales contract they completely ignored me and refused to do the extra stuff they promised in writing. I was ugly and made them do as the contract stated. Now today I came in for my free oil change and it was ok. As I got into my car a fella named Justin calls me and tells me what a great car I have. He says they want to buy it. He says they will pay over market value because Toyota has given them all this incentive money. I said ok take a look. Now the same old crap they always do. Absolutely no respect for my time. They look at the car and offered very low amount. I checked KBB and they were right in the middle of trade in value. Miraculously they NIW have no idea what Justin was talking about. I called Justin and a fella named John says Justin is in a meeting. I never got a call back. In my opinion this is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They lied to generate leads. They lie about what your car needs. Another funny thing is that in their waiting room they have turned off all the cameras so you can not watch what goes in in the garage. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN. More
