The initial sales/negotiating process was great. Malcolm and Lacy gave me a fair deal and were able to work with me throughout. 5 stars for them. Unfortunately, I left the dealership feeling sick to my stomach and put through the wringer after what felt like a high pressure financing session where they sell you “suggested items.” Only doing the math when I got home did I realize just how much money I gave away for absolutely no reason. I guess I can’t fault them for being good salesmen and it is my fault for eventually saying yes after saying no the first four times, but it absolutely spoiled it for me all the same. You live and you learn. Overall, if you already know what you’re doing when buying a car, Jim Ellis will work with you and get you in the car you want. I will shop there again. More
