After my vehicle was inspected both the service advisor and technician that inspected my vehicle met with me. They went over the results of the inspection, indicating which items needed immediate attention and which could be deferred. They answered all my questions. I approved what I wanted done and returned to the customer lounge. My service advisor kept me updated on the progress of work. When my vehicle was ready my service advisor went over everything on the invoice, provided a copy of the full inspection report and took me to the cashier. Checkout was fast and I was on my way.
