Let me start by saying my salesman was great. I gave 2 starts due to the lack of attention to what I communicated was ignored by the F&I Dept. I had my own Financing lined up, all I wanted was t I gave 2 starts due to the lack of attention to what I communicated was ignored by the F&I Dept. I had my own Financing lined up, all I wanted was to complete the purchase and get out of the deanship. Listen to your customers, DO NOT use pushy questions in an effort to finance with the dealer, for the so called better rate. The dealership model is broken and is stuck in 1980, still! More
