Had a horrible experience with the sales people. Received a call saying I was going to get an insane offer for my truck. Sat down waited an hour and didn’t get an offer. Told the sales person I need to go home and he said he would email my offer. Never received offer then get random offers from other people that are insanely disrespectful for an offer. I had a very good experience after a very bad one at Toyota Stonecrest. I liked the technician doing the video and sending it to me with details regarding my multipoint inspection. I felt as if I was Toyota Stonecrest. I liked the technician doing the video and sending it to me with details regarding my multipoint inspection. I felt as if I was standing by while they worked on my car. The waiting area was also spacious and clean. I felt comfortable playing my game and taking a few phone calls while I waited. My service advisor, Alex, was welcoming from my arrival all the way to helping me find my car after service. I will insist on working with her when I visit again. Outstanding visit!!!! I will be referring every and anyone that I can to visit you guys. Thank you for restoring my hope in getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership. More
