On July 27, 2023, I Jose Girot, Left my Highlander for oil change and service. Inspection resulted in changing the right rear tire due to a plug on the tire wall. I understand the safety concerns. My wife noticed the next day that the glove compartment would jot properly close. Well it is obvious that the mechanic broke a plastic part and the glove compartment will not close. The mechanic was looking for the tire lug nut lock. He naturally took everything out of the glove compartment and then proceeded to jam everything back in without properly distributing and forced the glove compartment to close and broke the lower left mechanism. This negatively reflects bad on the mechanic but also on the dealership! No integrity at all to own what he had done, how stupid the mechanic looks now, did he think we would not notice?? I called the rep David Ray on July 28, 2023, and he did not reply back. Another bad customer service. With prices going up everyday at the dealership you would think that your employees are responsible and trust worthy! No - zero customer service! Let’s see if someone actually reads this and calls me back at 678-876-5551. Or it is just an informal process to just go thru the motion that survey are send but NOT actually read or any action taken!!! More
