Victoria was my very first point of contact since I booked online. She listens very well as I explained and expressed my concern about my vehicle. She kept me updated throughout the appointment with text messages and live feedback. Victoria worked diligently to troubleshoot concerns I had with my vehicle to and from the technician to myself. The technician I worked with the second time allowed me the opportunity to test drive my vehicle with him for easier transparency to solve the problem together. Needless to say, I appreciate the level of care that I was given. Thank you guys for an amazing experience! More
