He kept me up to date throughout my service visit on the status of my vehicle’s diagnosis, time to repair and prioritized the repair list for me. His patience, listening and communication skills, and cheerful demeanor are so very rare these days. I Your Service Department is top notch. I watched your repair bays on the TV in the customer waiting area. Very impressive how clean it was being kept as well. The Coffee Bar is fantastic. Was in for 40,000 miles check up and oil change. For the third time ( 2 previous service trips) i I let them know i was still getting water retention in the doors. Victoria was not willing to help b For the third time ( 2 previous service trips) i I let them know i was still getting water retention in the doors. Victoria was not willing to help by saying well you have to pay for this. I told her the last time I was in they supposedly fixed it and said if I had any more problems to let them know. I did not feel I should have to pay for this . After going around with her I finally said I wanted to speak with the service manager. After I spoke with the service manager he did some research and he informed me that Toyota was aware of it, and it should have been fixed previously, and that he would take care of it. As far as I know now it was corrected. If I experience any more problems, I will be taking the car back for this. More
