I will never do business with this location again. Service department is very indignant. Asked to have all my tires inspected because there might be a nail in my tire. Technician sent car back to h Service department is very indignant. Asked to have all my tires inspected because there might be a nail in my tire. Technician sent car back to have air put in the tire, it came back 5 minutes later and I questioned if they inspected them because of the small amount of time it took and she said , "they checked them all", very indignant like I was an idiot for asking. I insisted they couldn't have and she said again, "THEY CHECKED THEM". Got the car home, nail in the front tire. I have a picture. Called service mgr and he was not at all helpful. Wanted me to have my company coming from out of town to take me and drop the car off and have them pick me up. Very useless people and non-caring if my tire goes flat and I can't change it. No solution to the problem at all and he could have cared less. I will never go back here. I'll drive to wherever I have to to get good customer service. We pay a fortune for these cars and they treat you like you should be grateful to have the car and have them service it. Will also review this on the main Toyota site. Very poor customer service at this location. More
