Some representatives are friendly and inviting and others not so much. I was concerned about what I believe to be. defect on the vehicle exterior door trim. But I was told that it wasn’t possible. I do find that hard to believe due to how I store my vehicle in a garage away from outside elements. I just hope that if this happens to other vehicle that Toyota will rectify the problem and reimburse vehicle owners for the repair. It is little embarrassing and disappointing to ride around in 2022 Camry and the door trim is a sore eye. Happy Holidays More

Clean facility with courteous staff,had my truck towed there thinking that was the right thing to do because my Tundra only has 96k miles,it wouldn't start then I was informed that it Also had a leaking W there thinking that was the right thing to do because my Tundra only has 96k miles,it wouldn't start then I was informed that it Also had a leaking Water pump,seemed so strange because I had just driven 1200 mile round trip thru Florida and back over Thanksgiving week. No Issues whatsoever and no loss of fluid. Was suggested to do about ?? 2500. Worth of suggested items needed,I declined and said I would see about that after the new year.Paid for my repairs on Monday and drove out,only to see my "Check Engine" light come on ,I returned immediately and was told it was showing some 3200. System that pumps air into the catalytic converters or something. How mysterious and suspicious does that seem. ?? They said it was ok to drive so we left. I informed the general manager that I definitely had a bad experience Mr Hernandez I believe was his name...found out parts were left off my oil dipstick tube that secures the tube to the oil pan,returned for that and not once did they acknowledge that my service engine light was on and it was Time for my oil change,and I had a TPS light on?? Didn't offer either repair or estimate ,only things like the transmission fluid change,brake fluid change etc....??wth More
