It all started with --Reid Millikan and ended with your best salesman who was extra talented and careful with finding the most affordable price point without losing our attention ultimately closing the sale with a comfortable margin. I really hope others follow these two guys lead.. We are definitely hard bargains but these 2 held up the Toyota standard because I felt their experience shining the entire conversation. Was greeted by service tech soon after I arrived. Along with having 2 new tires installed and aligned, I asked him to check my windshield wipers. He reported that they did not need to be replaced. The only complaint I have is that it took almost two hours to complete the work. The week before I had oil changed with 27 point inspection and it took 2 hours to complete as well. Are you short of workers? More
