When they returned my car, it did not have the keys inside. After waiting about 15 minutes, they finally found my keys. However, the lanyard was missing. I asked them to help me get it back. They sent inside. After waiting about 15 minutes, they finally found my keys. However, the lanyard was missing. I asked them to help me get it back. They sent out 4 people to look inside my car I do that they could “give me a second set of eyes.” After 1 hour, they could not find it and told me that they did not know where it was. More
