The service on the car was good. The service in front of the house (cashiers) is wrong. They make things confusing and can’t take responsibility for the mistakes and confusion. Normally they do a good job but this time I went for a tire rotation and they left 6 lug nuts loose. One even fell off in my hand when I touched it. They also stripped one lug nut and we can’t get it off tire rotation and they left 6 lug nuts loose. One even fell off in my hand when I touched it.
