Ridiculous charge for a diagnostic test. Obviously to cover employee overhead. Do you really need 4 people at a kiosk on Thursday at 6:00 and the same on Saturday including a cashier. The Toyota dealership in my city charges a $95 diagnostic. Seemed to look for other things wrong and did not address what I brought it in for until I asked. Try reducing your personnel overhead so you don't have to rip off people with high diagnostic charges and hourly mechanic charges. Unfortunately, I had some work done before driving from Florida and the vacuum tube was not connected which was the whole problem. More

I was pleased with the service of my car. The only reason I didn’t rate all 5 stars was that it took a few minutes to be acknowledged after I pulled into the service bay with my car. Since it was my first visit there, I wasn’t sure whether to stay in my car or if I was supposed to get out of my car and go in the building to talk with someone. Finally I caught the attention of someone and she told me to wait in my car and some would be with me soon. After someone came and started the intake with me, my experience for my service was 5 star. I will be using this location in the future. More

I was not happy with the service I received from this dealership. I turned my car in with a full tank of gas and it was returned with 1/2 tank. Our tracking light indicating a problem. 2 days after we dealership. I turned my car in with a full tank of gas and it was returned with 1/2 tank. Our tracking light indicating a problem. 2 days after we picked our car up tracking Lights still comes on. The dealership kept our. Car for 2 weeks and every time I called the technician he kept giving me excuses as when the car would be ready. They charged us $1600 and have us the run around about picking up our car. I still have the same problems that I had with our vehicle. After they kept our car for 2 weeks over charged us, our tracking light continues to come on They have no integrity at this dealership and you cannot grow your business being dishonest. God sees and he will reward accordingly.I will never use this dealership again. More
