I had a 2 PM appointment for an oil change and arrived at 1:30. It was a little after 5 PM when the vehicle was ready to go. I understand that there may have been quite a few callouts from employees but this 1:30. It was a little after 5 PM when the vehicle was ready to go. We did purchase this vehicle from Jim Ellis and it came with one of the “oil change for life” deals. It sort of seemed like our vehicle was delayed because the service required did nothing to add money to Jim Ellis. If you’re going to offer free oil changes they should be treated just the same as any other service you guys offer in a timely manner More
