We were on our 1st day of vacation and had a bump with an 18 wheeler which we thought ended our trip. Reid Millikan - Service Advisor had someone look at the RAV 4 and advise it was unsafe to drive. The wait time was ridiculous. I waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and that was with an appointment. The service tech left grease stains on the side of my driver door and on the door fabric inside the car. I never got any updates on the status of my vehicle until they wanted to make a service sale. I was shocked they did not mention my cabin air filter needing to be replaced since it was beyond past due. Compared to other Toyota dealerships I've visited I'd say this one fell short of my expectations service wise other than that, the facility is nice, well kept, and the courtesy snacks and beverages are a plus to help ease the stress of long waits. More

It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment. People came after me and left before me. Also my tire lock was nor put back into my car and my service advisor said it was mes I had an appointment. People came after me and left before me. I was very upset about the whole ordeal. More
