I had a bad oil leak after having an oil change and had to return to dealership. The oil leak was fixed but all the oil that leaked onto the frame was not cleaned off as I requested so I still had oil on m to return to dealership. Took 3. 5 hrs for oil change and to change filters.No updates despite texting the number provided. No apology either. When my vehicle was finally ready, there was no one to accept my payment. I finally just left and told the service manager to send me my invoice. I am a regular at this location. It takes me almost 45 minutes to get there but I usually don’t mind because service is typically good. This time it was horrible. May consider going to a closer Toyota for future service. More
