I came in for a recall and and oil change. I had a coupon that the dealer sent me for $29 for my vin vehicle. The service adjuster told me mine would be $10 more because of the V6. The coupon had my vin on it, which would indicate that they new it was a V6 with the offer. I told the advisor to go ahead. When I came to pick up my vehicle the price was $49. I ask what was the Misc $6 charge and the cashier did not know and she says it on all of them. So my advertised $29 oil change ends up costing $49. The service advisor was excellent as usual. I was later advised that the $6 was shop charges. So on my agreed cost of $39, you tack on a 15% shop charge. More
I had a schedule appointment for service. I asked the advisor to have the look at the knob on radio it appears not to fit properly. Once car was brought ou and I paid for was needed. I asked her did she have them check the knob and her response, I forgot. I went straight home did not move car until Monday when it was time to go tot work. Noticed tire pressure light on. Check tire and was almost flat. I called Toyota three times between 7:30 and 8:00 to see if they even checked the tires during service but no answers. Obvious for service they only changed oil and the rest of the car is obsolete. Others Toyoto would have checked and let me know More
