I wasn’t pleased when I called and was told that I only needed a oil change, but when I arrived I at the dealership I was told that my appointment was for a $600 service. If I didn’t take the time to make needed a oil change, but when I arrived I at the dealership I was told that my appointment was for a $600 service. If I didn’t take the time to make the phone call to the dealership I can possibly see where the confusion can take place but not after I call the service department to get informed. More
