This is the most amazing Toyota Dealership I have experienced. The staff are nothing short of fantastic. The waiting area is by far the best. Very inviting, comfortable and spacious. Jim Ellis rea experienced. The staff are nothing short of fantastic. The waiting area is by far the best. Very inviting, comfortable and spacious. Jim Ellis really makes you feel one of a kind! The only shock I had on this visit was to find no new vehicles on the lot. Clearly still being affected by supply chain issues. More

I was told the job would take 1 to 2 hours. I had a 10:30 appointment and my car was not ready until 4:00. One person that worked there came up and told me it could take up to 2 days. A couple if times during scheduled service it was recommended that I DON'T get my tires rotated! Next visit(2 weeks ago) I'm informed that I need new tires.
