Waited over 1-1/2 for service with an appointment. Then while I’m finally walking out to my car they began to move it out the garage into the rain to allow the other customers cars that was released after my car. Initial call to make the oil change appointment took nine minutes. Operator appeared to be new and inexperienced. Service writer, Patricia Silverstein, thought my 2001 Avalon required synthetic motor oil. I minutes. Operator appeared to be new and inexperienced. She stated that the service would take between one and a half to two hours. I told her that was unacceptable as I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. The car came out unwashed. I asked Patricia if your policy had changed about washing vehicles that had been serviced. She replied, "Would you like it washed?" Since I had not been satisfied with her original time estimate, I didn't pursue the matter because my car was done in less than an hour. I did not receive any results from the "Toyota multipoint inspection". The delivery date on the invoice is incorrect. It should be 07April01 instead of 24Dec07. More
