Made a 9 am appointment a week ahead of time to get my oil changed in 2020 Avalon I purchased at your dealership. My car was not even taken to the service area until 11:30. I finally left there after 12:0 oil changed in 2020 Avalon I purchased at your dealership. My car was not even taken to the service area until 11:30. I finally left there after 12:00. This is absolutely horrible customer service. If you require me to make an appointment for service I expect service to be done in a reasonable amount of time. 3.5 hours for a 30 minute oil change is not at all reasonable. Your service writer Oscar was efficient and friendly but otherwise the experience was very bad. More
