I bought my new 2022 Corolla Cross on Thursday March 24. My salesman said my car needed to get its windows tented and nitrogen put into the tires. He scheduled an appointment with David Ray for 10:00 on Mon My salesman said my car needed to get its windows tented and nitrogen put into the tires. He scheduled an appointment with David Ray for 10:00 on Monday morning. He said I was the first person scheduled for this service. I got to the dealership at 10:15 on Monday. The lady who helped me said it would take two hours. So I sat down and waited. At the end of two hours I checked with David Ray and he said it would be another hour. I think making appointments is a big mistake. My wife made an appointment to change the oil in our 2018 Rav 4 and it took 3 hours. I realized you are short handed but this is ridiculous. You need to be straight with people and tell them if they wait for their car to be serviced it will take upwards to 3 hours or more. In the future my wife and I will leave our car and wait for a call from you went it is finished. More

I had an appointment for 8:30am, when I got to the dealership it was crowded, so I thought it would take hours to get seen; however, I was done in under 2 hours. I took my car for an oil change. Maintenance Required light flashes every time I start my car. Attendant had to reset some feature showing miles and something else going on. Put a sticker in window with nothing on it, so when I went back to dealership to get the display removed from radio an attendant put a sticker in window for 5 thousand miles and I thought an oil change occurred every 10 thousand miles. They tell you they’re booked up so you need an appointment but someone pulled up the same time I did with a recall and no appointment. They tell you an appointment is required but they were never busy. Now I have to make another trip up there to get the “maintenance required)” light reset I guess. Are they paying attention to what they do when servicing your car? I had a $29.99 coupon but ended up paying $48 something, so where’s the saving? They need to pay more attention to what they are doing. These small things shouldn’t be. More
