We were concerned about the noise on the car and the issue with the way the car felt when driving. Customer service was unorganized and it took forever to get my wife’s car after the oil was changed and the tires rotated, which didn’t need to be done. The aforementioned was $88.90. Also, back in October 2021, I had an appointment with you all to change the oil and filter on my Avalon because the light came on reminding me to have my oil and filter changed. When I arrived to have my oil and filter changed the individual/service rep that met me said it did need to be change and ask me to get out of my and he got in and and turned off the waring light. He said it wouldn’t hurt to run it til the light came on again and I could have the oil and filter changed then. Since you didn’t want my business back then I went to Nalley Toyota in Lithonia, GA. When my wife’s Camry needed an oil and filter change, I thought I would I bring it to you. My mistake. You apparently didn’t care or need my business back in October, but when I brought her car to you on Oct 13, 2022, because we are senior citizens, you felt like we would be easy to take advantage of. Wrong! You want have to worry about us coming back to you, nor recommend you! More
