I am very upset about my most recent visit to Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough. When I arrived I was met by Assistant Service Manager Cecilia Thompson. I told her I was there for my service appointment, and I Toyota of McDonough. When I arrived I was met by Assistant Service Manager Cecilia Thompson. I told her I was there for my service appointment, and I told her that my tire pressure light had come on that morning. I asked her if they would check that out, and she assured me that was part of the service. When I got my car back, the tire pressure light was still on. I checked the paper they had given to me, and it noted the PSI for three of my tires was 35. It did not state a PSI for the fourth. I wrongfully assumed that the pressure light would go off. Upon arriving at my next destination, I checked the PSI of all of my tires. Ones was down to 10 PSI. I filled it up to 35, and I drove to my next destination. Upon arriving there, the PSI was back down to 20, and I could actually hear the air leaving my tire. I am a female in her 20s with little to no knowledge of cars. So how could I hear that there was leak in my tire but the service providers missed this? What is the point of my service appointment? I am woefully disappointed. More
