I had an 800am appointment for a simple oil change. Waited in line at the shop for 30 minutes. I waited at the service area for the work to be completed. After receiving no updates by NOON I finall Waited in line at the shop for 30 minutes. I waited at the service area for the work to be completed. After receiving no updates by NOON I finally went to the desk to ask. 15 minutes later they had the car ready. Over 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable. And on the previous service they left the oil pan bolt loose. I will certainly think twice about going there for future service. More
