I always rate this dealership a 5. Today, today was a disappointment. I do NOT fault Reid, my advisor. He was amazing as always. Even helped with some Toyota advice not directly related to my service. Ho disappointment. I do NOT fault Reid, my advisor. He was amazing as always. Even helped with some Toyota advice not directly related to my service. However… I had a 0730 appointment, and I arrived at 0716. The service department opens at 0730 and I was the 6th car in line. It took until almost 0750 to speak to Reid. Unfortunately, it took until nearly 1100 to get out of the dealership. Almost 3.5 hours for an oil change, wipers, and a cabin air filter with an APPOINTMENT at 0730 is NOT acceptable. The dealership needs to put in a process to handle the appointment more expeditiously. It’s insane to have to show up at 0700 on a Saturday for a 0730 appointment that was made a week in advance. Dealership management needs to address this shortcoming with a quickness. My service was done with Reid’s usual precision… but the slowness of the appointment/non appointment process was a great disappointment today. More

The service writer was very helpful how ever I was told 2hours for oil change and tire rotation which I thought was a long time but ended up being a little over 3hour for service,but the writer gave me tir 2hours for oil change and tire rotation which I thought was a long time but ended up being a little over 3hour for service,but the writer gave me tire rotation at no charge to Compensate the long wait,I guess I’m old school l.o.f.in45 Minutes or less but them days gone,good job guys but still needs to be a little quicker will be back…. The service, once it started, was very good. My appointment was at 01:30 PM, but no one started working on my truck until after 3 PM when I asked the svc rep why the delay. I do understand diagnosing the check engine light problem and the recall trailer hitch light wiring took a while. None the less, the problem was resolved and completed by 6PM. More
