Since Jim Ellis took over here, I have noted it takes a LOT longer for the servicings on my vehicle. I spent WAY more than I had anticipated spending with "all the recommendations" given toward my car and LOT longer for the servicings on my vehicle. I spent WAY more than I had anticipated spending with "all the recommendations" given toward my car and walked away feeling a bit xxxxx at over $1000 less money in my bank account. My car was dropped off the first thing that morning at 8:30 am and it took them a long time to let me know I could come back after it-so it was a good thing that I chose "not to wait there" for it, or I would have been furious. It was there almost the entire day. I can say that Cecilia Thompson is great at what she does however if you want someone who can "sell all the recommendations" and be super friendly and helpful while doing her job. More
