I arrived without appointment for my 20,000 mile oil change. When i pulled in, the lady pulled a face when i replied i don't have an appointment, looked at another employee and said: well they're still change. Service manager came out, no problem to get service done. This was not the courteous welcome i normally receive. Upon completion of service, i discovered that back window had been left open during complimentary car wash and back seat was wet.... service manager cleaned up my car but i left quite unsatisfied about today's service. My service tech was excellent. She was very informative. However she let me know three things that little former service tech had missed on my last visit. I am upset that the first service tech I had there was not forthcoming. Maybe she was in a hurry or too busy to help me. That’s inexcusable. But again the service tech I had on 8/24 was excellent.. When I went to get my service the previous time for the normal service for a new car, I was there way over two hours. I am new to the area and new to this dealership. I’ve been to other Toyota dealerships in the past for my previous Toyota Highlander and didn’t have to wait two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The previous service tech at your location told me that was standard. She said that all visits are at least two hours. Scary. More
