Recommendation for this answer is with service improvements. We realize everyone is in need of employees but our appointment time started off late about 15 minutes. I went to get a tire rotation and oil change and it took 5 hours. Actually it took 4 hours, but they let me sit there for 1 hour after it was done. No one called me to tell me it was ready. I went to check and see if it was ready and my keys and paperwork were sitting on the desk. I looked at the receipt and it was time stamped an hour before. I understand it was a lot of people that day, but there is no excuse for no one calling me! More
