The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is the length of time for my oil change. It took about an hour and a half which is too long. Had an 8:30 appointment to get tires sat until 12:00pm I to ask because my wife was having dental surgery at 1:30. Only at that time I was told they were one tire short! That is not customer service.
